SENATE BILL NO. 233 BY SENATORS REINBOLD, Shower,

          "An Act relating to public employee and Alaska                                                                        
          Railroad Corporation employee payroll deductions                                                                      
          for payment of union dues, fees, and political                                                                        
          campaign contributions and expenditures; prohibiting                                                                  
          union security provisions in collective bargaining                                                                    
          agreements under the Public Employment Relations                                                                      
          Act and the Alaska Railroad Corporation Act;                                                                          
          repealing unfair labor practice prohibitions under the                                                                
          Public Employment Relations Act and the Alaska                                                                        
          Railroad Corporation Act; and providing for an
